All Neuro Sharp orders undergo standard processing within 1-2 business days prior to shipment initiation. Please note that processing durations may experience extensions during peak holiday periods. In instances where incomplete payment information or inaccurate shipping addresses are submitted, processing may encounter additional delays of 3-5 business days for verification and correction.

Important Address Verification Note: All domestic shipping addresses undergo verification through the United States Postal Service database. We recommend customers verify address accuracy at USPS.com prior to order submission (international orders exempt from this verification protocol).

Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and recognized United States federal holidays.

Neuro Sharp assumes responsibility for processing and shipping coordination only. We cannot guarantee specific delivery timelines or assume liability for shipping delays encountered with carrier services including USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Domestic Delivery Schedule – Standard Shipping Options

Delivery timeframes vary according to selected shipping method and exclude weekends and holidays. All delivery estimates represent approximations only. Neuro Sharp cannot assume responsibility for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our operational control, including adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, or carrier service interruptions.

Address Refusal, Loss, Theft, or Delivery Delays

Packages refused upon delivery incur shipping fee deductions from any applicable refund. Refunds for refused deliveries process exclusively after product return and quality inspection completion at our facility.

Neuro Sharp primarily utilizes United Parcel Service (UPS) for order fulfillment. We cannot guarantee replacement shipments for packages reported as lost or stolen during transit via UPS. International Shipping Considerations: International shipments to select destinations may require 4-6 weeks for delivery, with certain locations potentially experiencing 8-12 week transit periods. Neuro Sharp cannot control or expedite customs clearance procedures within destination countries. Additional shipping surcharges may apply for geographically remote locations due to increased carrier costs.

Order Cancellation Protocol

Due to high order volume and automated fulfillment systems, orders enter processing immediately upon submission. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase for consideration. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled. For shipped orders requiring cancellation, customers may refuse delivery or return the unopened package with valid tracking documentation. Refunds process upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

Incorrect Shipping Address Policy

Customers bear ultimate responsibility for accurate shipping address submission. Neuro Sharp assumes no responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Address modifications cannot be implemented after order processing or shipment initiation. For packages returned due to address errors, customers may select between reshipment (additional shipping fees apply) or full refund processing.

Delivery Confirmation & Non-Receipt

When carrier tracking indicates successful delivery but customers report non-receipt, Neuro Sharp cannot process refunds or replacement shipments. In such instances, customers must contact the relevant carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) directly for investigation and resolution.

Comprehensive Return Procedure

To qualify for full refund under our 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, customers must return all bottles (including opened, unopened, partially consumed, and any promotional or bonus bottles) within 180 calendar days of original purchase date. Return packages must include a clearly printed or handwritten document containing:
